Reflexology is a massage modality or system all it's own. It is used to relax the tension from the body and relieve affects of aliments to the body. Reflexology is based on a the theory of there being reflex points on the feet, hand and head that link with every part of the body. By relieving tension from these areas helps to relieve tension to the specific body area.
